Many debtors and creditors have unclaimed funds that may not have been issued due to change of address, change of  staff, or attorneys not following up once a case is closed.
If you have been contacted about unclaimed assets, no funds will be required from you. All that is needed from you is to sign the necessary forms and remain in contact.
